Motherhood changed you — but it didn’t erase you.

New You, Mama helps moms build lives where motherhood and selfhood can exist together.

I’m on a mission to help moms stop putting themselves last and build a life that includes them, too.

My work focuses on helping overwhelmed moms rebuild the systems quietly draining their time, energy, and sense of self so they can prioritize their wellbeing without shame, blame, or guilt.

After years of improving processes and implementing systems inside large global organizations, I learned that broken systems create burnout. Now, I help moms build systems that support them, not drain them.

My Story

—

I've been there, too.

I know what it feels like to keep everything going and still feel like you’re disappearing in the process.

Like a lot of moms, I was "high-functioning." I got really good at doing everything and being everything to everyone. For years, I told myself it was just a “busy season” and that things would, eventually, slow down.

Full stop, my daughter was hospitalized.

In one of the hardest seasons of my life, I realized I hadn’t just been stretched thin in a crisis, this had been going on since I became a mom.

Not because I was failing, but because the system in my life weren't supporting ... me.

What changed everything was learning how to stop waiting —

for things to slow down,
for a better time,
for someone to notice I needed help,

—and rebuild systems that actually supported me.

Today, I combine that lived experience with my background as a global operations leader, where I design systems and lead large-scale change.

Now, I help moms do the same — in a way that works in real life.

You deserve to be in the picture, too.

Motherhood is beautiful and demanding —  it’s easy for your own needs and identity shift to the background.

If you’ve felt yourself disappear a little in the process of being a mom, you're not alone.

Why This Work Matters

Many moms reach a point where they realize they’ve been putting themselves last for far too long — not because they wanted to, but because it felt like the only way to keep everything moving.

You don’t need more time, more willpower, or a completely different life.
You just need support that helps you feel like you again, in ways that fit the season you’re in.

I've been there, too

Like a lot of moms, I got good at carrying everything. The schedules, the planning, the mental load, the invisible work.

The constant juggling between work, home, motherhood, and everyone else’s needs.

For years, I kept telling myself it was just a “busy season.”

Full stop, my daughter was hospitalized. In one of the hardest seasons of my life, I realized I hadn’t just been stretched thin in a crisis, I’d been stretched thin for years.

So I stopped waiting for life to slow down and started rebuilding my routines, habits, and systems to make everyday life more manageable and sustainable.

Now, through New You, Mama, I help other moms do the same without shame, blame, or guilt.

Why "New You, Mama"?

The name isn’t about becoming someone different.

It’s about coming back to yourself.

Not who you were before kids.

Not a 'better' version of you.

But a version of you who remembers:

you matter, too.

A life that includes your: needs, energy & identity.

Not after everything else. Not when there's time.

But alongside motherhood.

Because you don't have to disappear to be a good mom.

Hi, I’m Nikki —

Founder of New You, Mama.

I’m on a mission to help moms stop putting themselves last and build a life that includes them, too.

My background is in operations, training, and large-scale change management inside global organizations.  I spent years improving processes, implementing systems, and helping teams function more sustainably and effectively.

Over time, I noticed something important:

Broken systems create burnout.

Not just in companies — in life.

Motherhood made that lesson deeply personal.
